What's New for the 2025 Kia K5?
Several changes have been brought to the K5 this year. The model's turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine has been replaced with a non-turbocharged 2.5-liter engine with 191 horsepower. The model receives new headlights and taillights and has been updated to the interior.
Design
Though the new K5 has a set of new heads and taillights, its appearance remains the same as its predecessors. However, the interior has not. Inside, the K5 improves its layout with a more elegant appearance, using higher-end materials such as wood trim on the dash and doors.

Fuel Economy
he EPA hasn't released any info on the K5's base four-cylinder engine for now. However, they have released their info on the more powerful engine, and the EPA estimates it gets about 24 mpg in the city and 32 on the highway.
Technology
When inside the cabin of the K5, drivers will find plenty of amenities to enjoy. There's a large 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.0-inch digital gauge that share the same bezel. The infotainment screen comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration and controls the car's impressive 12-speaker Bose audio system.
