Two responsive engine options are offered. Kia Seltos LX, S and EX trims come with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine producing 147 horsepower. It's paired with a smooth CVT (continuously variable transmission).
The line-topping SX upgrades to a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine making 190 horsepower mated to an eight-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard, with all-wheel drive (AWD) optional on most trims for enhanced traction, capability and towing capacity.
Technology
Inside, you'll find a range of advanced tech at your fingertips. An available 10.25-inch touchscreen with integrated navigation makes it easy to find your way around Dallas. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity lets you access your favorite apps right on the vehicle's display.
Available smart key with push button start and remote start add convenience. The SX trim even offers an innovative digital key that lets you use your smartphone to lock, unlock and start the vehicle.
Interior
Kia Seltos provides a comfortable, versatile interior with room for five passengers. Cloth upholstery is standard, with premium artificial leather on EX and SX trims. Heated front seats are included on all but the base LX.
